SSC CHSL 2017: The Staff Selection Commission has extended their deadline to December 27, 2017 till 5 pm for registration of Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) examination, 2017. The commission has extended the deadline for the second time after it had revealed December 18 as deadline and later extended it to December 20. In an important notice issued by the SSC official website, the notice read, “It has come to the notice of the Commission that due to heavy traffic on the server of the Commission, some candidates are facing problems in submission of online application form for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2017. Therefore, keeping in view the difficulties being faced by some candidates, the Competent Authority, has decided to further extend the closing date for filling up of online application forms for Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2017 from 20.12. 2017 to 27.12.2017 (till 5.00 P.M.).”
The SSC CHSL Tier-I exam will be conducted from March 4 to March 26, 2018, while Tier-II will be conducted on July 8, 2018. Candidates have been complaining of official server not functioning properly, as a result, many are unable to register for the exam. Fill in the details as required and submit the application.
Make payment of Rs 100 for the registration procedure.
Take a printout of the application form.
Candidates who will register by 5 pm on December 27 can make payment in SBI branch with the challan generated after registering.
For applying for the exam, students must clear class 12 from a recognised board and have to take three tests: Tier-I for computer-based exam, Tier-II for descriptive answer and Tier-III for typing skill test. There are a total of 3,259 vacancies available and the salary will range from Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200.
