PSTET 2017 exam: The Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) 2017 will be held on February 25, 2018. The admit cards have not been released yet, but that can happen anytime. Hall cards will be released by the Education Recruitment Board of Punjab on the official website educationrecruitmentboard.com/pstet2017. PSTET 2017 was scheduled to be held at December 31, 2017 and later it was postponed to February 11, 2017. The notification on the website of the Education Recruitment Board of Punjab had announced that the change in the dates has beeen done to provide sufficient time to prospective candidates and due to some unavoidable circumstances.

PSTET 2017: How to download admit card-

Step 1: Log on to the official website- https://educationrecruitmentboard.com/pstet2017/

Step 2: Click on the admit card link on the homepage.

Step 3: Fill in the required field, roll number and other details and click on submit.

Step 4: Admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.

PSTET 2017: Selection Process-

Separate written examinations will be conducted for recruitment of primary and secondary teachers. An interviwe will be conducted for candidates qualifying PSTET 2017 written examination.

PSTET 2017: Examination pattern-

Candidates taking PSTET 2017 will have different pattern as per different classes. Those who will teach students from Class 1 to 5 will appear for PSTET Paper 1 while those eligible for teaching Classes 6 to 8 will appear for PSTET Paper 2.

PSTET Paper 1 and 2 will comprise of 150 Multiple Choice questions carrying 1 mark each. Aspirants will be given 1.5 hours to attempt the paper. A minimum of 60 percent score is required to qualifty PSTET 2017 exam.

PSTET 2017: Age Limit-

Applicants of 18 to 40 years age group can apply for this test.

Last date for registration – December 31, 2017

Last date for depositing fee – January 2, 2018

Last date for completion of form after fee deposit confirmation – January 4, 2018

Exam date – February 25, 2018

Results date- Yet to be announced
