cbseresults nic CBSE result 2016 class 12: For all the tens of thousands of students who took this crucial examination will be surprised to know that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the result today on Saturday, May 21. CBSE results were supposed to be declared at 12 noon, but were declared much earlier.  The CBSE results 2016 class 12 can be viewed at cbseresults.nic.in, results.nic.in and results.gov.in. With Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced examination to be held on Sunday, many have taken to social media to say that the authorities should postpone the CBSE class 12 results. “Starting this year, CBSE will also provide Class XII digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at www.digilocker.gov.in.

The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE,” an official statement said.

“The results will also be available via Android mobile app-DigiResults. As per previous years, the board will also be disseminating its results through IVRS also,” it added.

CBSE result 2016 class 12: Union Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani on May 17 had said the results of CBSE Board exams for Class 10 and 12 will be declared “on time” before the end of this month and, as per a decision taken earlier, state boards are also expected to declare their results by May 31.
