Bank of Baroda recruitment 2017: 337 posts are on offer for graduates and postgraduates who want to be a part of the Bank of Baroda. Candidates can check the detals of the various positions below or by visiting bankofbaroda.com. As per the job notification, the bank will be hiring graduates, postgraduates to fill up the vacant positions like Senior Relationship Manager, Acquisition Manager, Group Head and Executives, Client Service Executive etc. Candidates who are eligible and interested can refer to the official website to apply. “Selection will be based on shortlisting or combination of written aptitude test and one or more rounds of Personal Interview or Group Discussion,” the notification reads. In a statement, the bank said that remuneration offered will be on CTC basis as per market benchmarks and is negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the respective posts. CTC will be fixed, however, the selected candidate will be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay which will be over and above the fixed salary but linked to the achievement of specific targets.

Candidates must note that wherever the eligibility in education qualification is mentioned as MBA or equivalent, the course is required to be of 2 years duration and Full time. Course completed through correspondence/part-time/distance are not eligible. Preference will be given to candidates having IRDA certification and NISM certification for sales and distribution of insurance and mutual fund products respectively, the notification stated.
