New Delhi: Genesis Global School has inducted Rhitik Jassar, Chairman of DJ Group of Institutions and Jassar Dental Medical Education Health Foundation, into its Management Committee, bringing a member of the school’s founding student batch into a governance role, according to an official statement.

The appointment is part of the school’s broader effort to deepen alumni engagement and create opportunities for former students to contribute to mentorship, institutional development and long-term planning.

Jassar was among the school’s earliest students and was involved in several student-led initiatives during its formative years, including the Genesis Landmark Debate, Genesis Model United Nations and Genesis Round Square programmes. He also served as House Captain of Valour House and led the school’s debate, Round Square and Model United Nations teams.

Reflecting on his appointment, Jassar said, “Having been part of the founding batch, it is deeply meaningful to return to the institution that played such a defining role in shaping my formative years. Returning in a governance capacity is both an honour and a responsibility.”

He added that he looked forward to working with the school’s leadership, faculty, alumni and students to strengthen alumni engagement, expand mentorship opportunities and contribute to the institution’s long-term vision.

The appointment also aligns with the school’s efforts to develop the Genesis Alumni Association as a formal platform for alumni networking, mentorship, career guidance and knowledge-sharing. The association is expected to help alumni remain connected with the institution while supporting current students and school-led initiatives.
