The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the completion of Day 2 of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate programmes on May 16, 2024. This examination, which commenced on May 15, 2024, witnessed the participation of candidates across the nation and abroad.

The NTA administered the CUET (UG) – 2024 examination in approximately 1578 examination centers across the country and abroad. On day 2, 15.81 lakh test papers were administered, encompassing subjects such as Economics, Hindi, Physics, and Mathematics/Applied Mathematics. This examination signifies the completion of 27.29% of the total examination.

In another development, the NTA has extended the reach of the CUET (UG) – 2024 examination, encompassing over 90 additional cities compared to the previous year. This expansion aims to enhance accessibility for students residing in remote areas, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities for all. Regions like Dumka (Jharkhand), Jowai (Meghalaya), Dantewada (Chhattisgarh), and others witnessed the CUET (UG) for the first time.

Candidates are urged to download their revised admit cards (if applicable) for the upcoming examination days and reach their designated centers promptly.
