Maharashtra HSC Result 2026 OUT: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has published the Maharashtra HSC (Class 12) Result 2026 and students may check their scorecards online. The candidates who had participated for the examination can now check their results on the official websites — mahresult.nic.in and mahahsscboard.in. The overall pass percentage has been recorded at 89.79%.

This was announced after a formal briefing of the board, where the main points of the test were also revealed. Lakhs of students from the Science, Commerce and Arts stream have appeared for the HSC exams, which were conducted earlier this year in 2026.Results are in – online scorecards now available.
Overall pass percentage: 89.79%
Gender-wise pass percentage: As per official data, the overall pass percentage of girls recorded at 93.15% and boys scored 86.80%.
Top and least-performing Divisions: As per the latest update, in the HSC Result 2026, the Konkan Division was declared as the best performing, as 94.14% of students have been awarded first division. On the other hand, Latur Division scored the lowest pass percentage of 84.14.
Pass percentage of vocational stream: The overall pass percentage of Vocational stream is 82.64%.
Students can now see their provisional marksheets on the official portals by providing their seat number and other relevant credentials. The online scorecard features subject-wise marks, total percentage, and qualifying status.
The board has followed its regular practice of declaring the Class 12 results in the month of May. MSBSHSE has also provided specific statistics like overall pass percentage, gender wise performance and stream wise data along with individual results.
Students are advised to note that the marksheets provided on the online are preliminary. Original certificates will be supplied subsequently through separate schools.

Students can download their results by following the following steps:

2. Click on the link “HSC Examination Result 2026”
3. Your mother’s first name and your seat number.
4. Enter the details to check your result.
5. Download and save the marksheet for future use.
Candidates may have delay in accessing the website due to strong traffic on the day of result. In such circumstances, they are asked to wait for some time and try again or use other platforms like DigiLocker.
Candidates who are not pleased with their marks can request for revaluation or verification, details of which will be announced by the board soon. Further details on the extra exams are also expected to be announced.
