The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results of the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 exam. Along with the results, candidates can now access their scorecards to see subject-wise marks, percentile scores, and whether they have qualified.

Those who took the exam can check and download their scorecards from the official website: csirnet.nta.nic.in.

According to CSIR, over 1.5 lakh candidates were evaluated in various subjects for eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor posts, and PhD admissions. The results are based on the final answer key and the normalisation process. The scorecards show if a candidate has qualified for JRF, Assistant Professor (Lectureship), or both, based on merit and subject-wise cut-offs.

Final answer key released yesterday

Earlier on January 30, the NTA released the final answer key for the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 exam, which was taken by over two lakh candidates. NTA stated that some questions have multiple correct answers, and marks will be awarded following the official evaluation rules.

The CSIR UGC NET is a national-level exam that determines eligibility for the Assistant Professor post, awards the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), and offers PhD admissions in various science disciplines.
