Redington to sell iPhone 6s, 6s Plus in India from Oct 16

Redington India, one of Apple’s main distributors in India, announced on Wednesday  that it will launch the eagerly awaited Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus in India from October 16. The phones will be available for purchase in more than 3000 retail outlets across the country.

Chennai- headquartered Redington, whih commenced its Indian operations in 1993, currently is positioned as the largest supply chain solution provider in emerging markets.  As a group, Redington is present in India, Middle East,Africa, Turkey, Srilanka, Bangladesh and CIS countries.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 41.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 as compared to Rs 37.30 crore in the same quarter previous year. The total income had increased from Rs 2700 crore to Rs 2876 crore.
