The classic Nokia 3310 has been spotted on an Indian retail portal called OnlyMobiles.com. The feature phone is available on the e-commerce website with a price tag of Rs 3,899. However, Nokia has not verified the availability of the phone on any website, nor has it officially launched the phone in India. Needless to say, even the price is not confirmed or is it clear if the phone will be available in India at that cost. OnlyMobiles.com has listed the phone with the words ‘Coming Soon’ on the website. The phone is available in grey, dark blue, warm red and yellow colour models. According to the website, the Nokia 3310 will come with 12 months of Nokia Indian warranty. It is advisable that interested users should wait for the Nokia 3310 phone till it is officially available in India.
Nokia 3310, the classic feature phone which was reportedly scheduled to launch in the second quarter this year. According to new reports, the phone is now available in Germany and Austria. However, IE reported that the Nokia 3310 will go on sale on April 28. The Nokia 3310, which was once a highly popular device, was relaunched as a revamped version. Nokia Power User website has spotted the device and reported the retail listings too. According to the report in NPU, the price that has been listed for the Nokia 3310 is EUR 56-69. Interestingly, these price tags are significantly higher than the cost that HMD Global had announced the launch of the phone at. the Nokia 3310 was announced priced at EUR 49.

The Nokia 3310 was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 alongside three smartphones by HMD Global – Nokia 6, Nokia 5, and Nokia 3. Earlier, HMD’s Chief Marketing Officer Pekka Rantala in an interview with PTI had said, “All the products that we have announced Nokia 3310, Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 will be available in the second quarter of this year in India. Average global selling price for Nokia 3310 is 49 euros (around Rs 3,470).”
Meanwhile, it is difficult to say when the phone will come to India. According to the IE report, sources had said that the phone will come in limited quantities initially. The device will come in limited supplies maybe because Nokia wants to test its response in India before it takes a huge risk. According to an IANS report, Nokia had informed that it considers India as an important market for its phones. Ajey Mehta, Vice President-India for HMD Global India Ltd, in an interview with IANS had said, “By June, these products will be launched globally and India will serve as a key market for us again. Our attempt is to source 100 per cent from the country because of tax benefits.”

The Nokia 3310 has a 2MP camera in the rear end, with a LED flash. The phone has web browsing offer, but users will not be able to download apps.
