Motorola Moto X Style is all set to be launched in India on Thursday. It remains to be seen how Motorola will price the new Moto X Style smartphone and whether it will go for a more premium pricing.
The company had tweeted last week about the upcoming launch of the top-end version of the new Moto X for 2015.
Moto X Style sports a bigger 5.7-inch WQHD LCD display while Moto X Play has a 5.5-inch full HD screen. Moto X Style is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor with 3GB RAM. The smartphone comes in 16/32/64GB storage options. It’s unclear which variants Motorola will be launching in India.
Like Moto X Play, Moto X Style comes with a 21MP Sony image sensor with phase detection autofocus and dual-LED flash. There is a front-facing 5MP camera.
The Moto X Style runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with Moto actions and has a non-removable 3000mAh battery. The handset comes with Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC. Moto X Style retails as Moto X Pure at a starting price of $399.99 in US. Motorola has announced the Android M update for this phone as well.
The unlocked version of the Moto X Style called the Moto X Pure in the US starts at $399 which is around Rs 25,000 although if you add taxes the price could be higher. Moto X Style comes in three storage space versions 16/32/64GB and it’s not clear which ones will be launched in India by the company and at what prices. With the Moto X Play, we saw Motorola for with a killer pricing starting at Rs 18,999 given the specs on offer.

Google’s Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P smartphones are expected to arrive in India by October 13, according to reports. The Nexus series will start at Rs 31,999 in India
