While people are still wondering as to why Xiaomi has not yet introduced its Smart TVs in Indian Market, its rival and another Chinese technology giant LeEco is all set to enter the highly competitive Indian TV market with its Android Marshmallow-based 4K TV sets. In an invite to journalists, the company has suggested that it would launch its Super TVs in India on August 4. However, the company has not yet revealed anything about the model which would be launched on August 4. As per reports, the company may just launch screens at the event, the details of which is, however, not available.
LeEco has a number of TV models which come with full HD and also the 4K resolution. “With four times the resolution of other full high-definition televisions, you will never miss a single detail. Let the wide-view and 3D display immerse you in your favorite action packed films,” says the company on its website. With Smart TV, you can do a lot of things including web surfing as well as video chats with friends. Moreover, the Smart TVs appear sleek and modern design.
While the company’s smartphones have been accepted well in India, the success of its TV venture in India would, however, cannot be predicted in advanced. But the kind of specs and price, LeEco’s existing models exhibit, they may generate quite a buzz among Indian consumers, especially when festival season is about to begin in the country.
