India’ s biggest innovators and thought-leaders will explore ways of transforming economic, social, cultural and technological landscape of India at an annual conference at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology this year.

The annual MIT India Conference aims to celebrate the achievements of India globally, as well as discuss future collaborations between India and the world that could help accelerate innovation into the future.

Themed ‘Pioneering Innovations’, the India Conference will have speakers who are the country’s biggest innovators and thought-leaders.

The day-long conference in April will explore how they are transforming the economic, social, cultural and technological landscape of India, organizers of the event said Monday.

The keynote speakers at the conference include Kirthiga Reddy, former managing director of Facebook India, Ashish Chauhan CEO and managing director of BSE and eminent philanthropist Gururaj Deshpande.

Vani Kola, identified as India’s most powerful business women by Fortune India; Roshni Nadar Malhotra; CEO and Executive Director of HCL Corporation; Rekha Menon, chairman and senior managing director of Accenture India; film producer Guneet Monga and Ananth Narayanan, CEO of Myntra and Jabong, are among the others invited to speak at the conference.
Over the years it has established itself as an important forum for leaders in industry, academia, and policy to discuss current issues and future innovations in the context of India, in the region and abroad, organisers of the event said.
