Multinational computer hardware and electronics company ASUS announced the opening of India’s second exclusive ‘Republic of Gamers’ (ROG) store (Subham Infotech) in Bhubaneshwar.
Built at 50 square meters, the gamers can visit the store to experience the latest devices, game titles and accessories.
The store is equipped with a ‘Battle Ground’ where a total of six gamers can compete against each other and experience LAN gaming at its best.
The store is also furnished with a product demo zone and experience centre where the users can test the new hardware.
Asus ROG has also organized a ‘Counter Strike: Global Offensive’ India gaming tournament in Bhubaneshwar at its new store with a total prize pool of Rs. 1,40,000 for Bhubaneshwar.
“Our aim has always been to provide the best technological experience to the consumers and this store is one such step towards our objective. Experiential session is very important for anyone who buys a product. A consumer wants to come and test the device without any obligation of buying the product,” said National Sales Manager Asus India, Arnold Su.
“There are an increasing number of gamers from cities like Bhubaneshwar, Kolkata, Hyderabad etc. and we firmly believe that such initiatives will help more and more gamers to come and experience the latest technology first hand without having to buy any of these,” added Arnold Su.
