Amazon India has announced a huge price cut of Rs 2000 on the recently launched 10.or E (pronounced Tenor E). Amazon launched the brand in September last year as an ‘Exclusive’ along with 10.or G while the latest smartphone that was launched is 10.or D. The 10.or E is exclusively available through Amazon India in two RAM and storage configurations – Rs 7,999 for 2GB RAM/ 16GB storage and Rs 8,999 for 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage. The 10.or E 2GB RAM/ 16GB model is now available for Rs 5,999, which is Rs 2000 less for the original price. The smartphone is available in two colour variants: Aim Gold and Beyond Black colours and comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back that is claimed to unlock the phone in 0.2 seconds.
For the rest of the specifications, 10.or E comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display 2.5D Curved Glass and Corning Glass Gorilla 3 protection. The handset packs a host of features. The phone comes preloaded with Android 7.1.2 Nougat and the company has promised an update to Android 8.0 Oreo. The USP of the phone is its massive 4000mAh battery that is claimed to prove useful for people who travel a lot.
The dual SIM 10.or E is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. For photography, it has a 13-megapixel rear camera with CMOS sensor, LED flash and PDAF featuring 12 shooting modes. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with flash. The 10.or E comes pre-loaded with Amazon apps for shopping, Kindle e-book reader, and Prime Video app. The storage on the handset can be further expanded to 128GB via microSD. The 10.or E connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB among others.
