Realty firm Tata Housing on Wednesday announced an online exhibition to sell about 200 housing units spread over 11 projects in seven cities.

Home buyers participating in the three-days exhibition, to be held between July 13-15, would get a special offer of getting an extra room with their home at no extra cost, Tata Housing said in a statement.

“Tata Value Homes, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing, today announced India’s first online exhibition for an exclusive audience through a valid invite code,” it said.

The company has put about 200 housing units, in a price range of Rs 13-50 lakh, up for sale through this exhibition. These 11 projects are located in Mumbai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune.

Tata Housing MD and CEO Brotin Banerjee said: “Our online platform has received an overwhelming response from our consumers with over 1500 booking till date. Though it was started as an experiment, it has now emerged as the fastest growing channel of sales for the real-estate industry.”

The realty firm started selling flats through online in December 2013 through its partnership with Google. Later, it also tied up with Housing.com and Snapdeal for online sales.
