Rahul Yadav is at it again. The Housing.com CEO has challenged two other startup founders to give away half their stake to employees. In his note on Facebook, Yadav called this a “noble act” and challenged Deepinder Goyal and Bhavish Aggarwal, founders, Zomato and Ola, respectively, to give away half their stake.
“Now I challenge Deepinder Goyal of Zomato and Bhavish Aggarwal of Ola to continue this noble act and give away HALF (not full) OF THEIR SHARES to their employees. And I hope both of them spread the nominations further,” Yadav said in his note. As a comment on Yadav’s post, Deepinder Goyal said, “Awww. So Cute.”
Earlier this week, Yadav gave away all his stake amounting to Rs 150-200 crore to his 2,251 employees, saying, “it is too early in life to be serious about money etc”.
Housing is what happens when investors leave founders with little skin in the game. Especially, 20 year old founders with nothing to lose.

Arvind Kejriwal must be SO elated to have found a companion/comrade in tech startups.
