A group of homebuyers on Friday protested in Logix City Center against delayed possession of their flats in Noida. “The builder said that possession will be complete by 2013, however, as time passed, he started breaking his promises,” a home buyer who was protesting said. “We are always coming here and we are struggling, we have to pay EMIs for our flats, and have to pay our rents as well,” a woman protesting at the site said. Earlier, Times of India had reported that the company is developing 11 towers with 2BHK homes, nine with 3BHK and two with 4BHK in a society at Sector 143. Speaking to the Quint, the homebuyers said that structures of the towers were complete but the project is still pending as final touches have not yet been made. Some buyers even assumed that it may take more than 1 year to make the project livable. Earlier, some of the buyers had claimed that the company might have diverted the funds of the society to the Logix City Center mall, as the project was launched the same year but has become functional.
