The Wednesday incident was reported around four months after the murder of an Infosys software engineer, Rasila Raju, in her office in Pune. Rasila, who belonged to Kozhikode in Kerala, was found dead in a conference room on the ninth floor of the company’s building on January 29 while she was working at the Pune development centre of Infosys at the Hinjewadi IT Park. After the incident, Infosys had said it would revamp its security measures across its campuses to ensure a safe working environment for its employees.
