Infosys has merged its wholly-owned subsidiary Lodestone with the consulting division as India’s second-largest IT services exporter brings these different units under a single face for a focused approach to the market.

Infosys chief operating officer UB Pravin Rao said, “Lodestone is folded into Infosys consulting and was a subsidiary company earlier.”

Lodestone, an IT management consulting services firm headquartered in Switzerland, was acquired by Infosys in 2012 for around $350 million.
