Embassy Group, the Bengaluru-based real estate developer, on Thursday launched “Embassy Springs”, its largest master planned city near Bengaluru international airport in North Bengaluru.

Spread across 300 acres, Embassy Springs comprises of 188 acres of plots, 41 acres of apartments, 22 acres of villas and row houses, 20 acres of club and schools and 35 acres of commercial and retail space.

With this project, the company aims to cash in on the rising property prices in north Bengaluru which is closer to the upcoming IFCI Financial City and Devanahalli Business Park. Embassy Springs is located 8 kms before the international airport. The Karnataka government plans to build an entertainment park called Space City on the lines of Disney Land in the vicinity of Embassy Springs.

Conceptualised as a self-sustained city by architects, design and landscape consultants, Embassy Springs offers a wide range of housing choices along with schools, hospitals, parks, clubs, commercial and retail spaces.
