A large chunk of Home Credit employee pool comprises rural youth hired from the Government National Skill Development Centres (NSDC) across different states. Home Credit offerings primarily consist of providing in-store financing (direct non-cash loans in retail outlets) to qualified customers looking to purchase home appliances, laptop / tablets, mobile phones and two-wheelers.
Home Credit aims to drive credit penetration and has provided employment opportunities to provide quality assistance and guidance to its consumers. It services its growing customer base of over 8 lakh in the country through a strong network of nearly 4,000 + Points-of-Sale (PoS). Home Credit has assessment and hiring centres across Delhi NCR and Mumbai and believes in giving an opportunity to people of varied skill sets and qualifications.
