In 9th deal in 2 years GirnarSoft buys e-governance solution provider ValueServe

GirnarSoft, the parent company to auto portals such as, and, has acqui-hired Valueserve Management Consultants in an all-cash deal.

Valueserve Consulting is GirnarSoft’s ninth deal in the last two years. Earlier it made a strategic investment in Advanced Structures India, while it acquired companies like Volob, Connecto, Help on Wheels,, and BuyingIQ among others.

Launched in November 2010, Valueserve, founded by Yatendra Garg, a IIT Madras alumni cater to the public sector by providing e-governance solutions, consulting and management support services.

Speaking on the announcement, Anurag Jain, co-founder of GirnarSoft said, “Given the push to create a digital India, e-governance solution development and consultation appealed to us as a viable option.

We are confident that the acquisition of Valueserve will allow us to add great value to various e-Governance and ICT initiatives.”

Last year, the Rajasthan government’s industries department signed three MoUs with GirnarSoft for creating government of Rajasthan – CSR portal, Rajasthan Investment and Promotion Scheme portal, and MSME conclave portal.

GirnarSoft has been empaneled with leading consulting firms and is backed by Sequoia Capital, Google, and Ratan Tata among others.
