Luxury hotels chain ITC Hotels’ acclaimed Indian restaurant brand ‘Bukhara’ has been recognised amongst the best restaurants in the world by Conde Nast Traveler, USA.
The publication recognises some of the world’s most outstanding restaurant brands, as bastions of local culinary tradition, ITC Hotels said in a statement.
Commenting on the recognition, ITC Hotels & WelcomHotels Chief Executive Dipak Haksar said: “In a world where change is the order of the day, Bukhara continues to be acknowledged for its culinary excellence, since its inception, over three decades ago.”
It has always been the endeavour of ITC Hotels to showcase the finest culinary traditions, through its signature brands, he added.
“We love that nothing about this place has changed in 30 years. The result is the most masterful North-West Frontier tandoor-style cooking imaginable,” Conde Nast Traveler USA Editor-in-Chief Pilar Guzmán said.
The Conde Nast Traveler ‘Best Restaurants in the World’ have been arrived at by guidance from experts including a network of chefs, food writers, and travellers from across the globe.
