Speaking to media after launching a special themed debit card with the theme of Amish’s latest book ‘Scion of Ikshavaku’, Bali said, “We hope to complete the merger process by end of March 2016. The rebranding process is already under way.

Following acquisition by Kotak Mahindra Bank, ING Vysya Bank got merged with the former from April 1, 2015. “The first quarter results of FY16 will have the numbers for the combined entity,” he said. “In our overall business, we are seeing a gradual recovery and are hopeful of getting better. The credit offtake has improved by 10 to 15%,” he said.
