Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has been on a launching spree of late, with the most recent one being the Honda CB Shine SP. The company has also announced to roll out the much-anticipated Honda CB Hornet 160R in December, and before that it has announced the availability of 2015 CBR150R and CBR250R in the country. Both of these products were unveiled at the 2016 Honda RevFest earlier this year.
Since 2015 Honda CBR150R and CBR250R are only model year updates, both the products receive almost no design changes save for new graphics and colours. Unlike the globally-updated models that had received dual head-lamps and minor mechanical changes, the India-spec models remain largely similar to the 2014 versions.
Priced at Rs 1.60 lakh onwards (ex-showroom, Delhi), the 2015 Honda CBR250R is available in two variants – standard & C-ABS (Combined ABS) versions. The updated CBR250R comes in refreshed colours – Sports Red, Black and Pearl Amazing White. The new Honda CBR150R, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 1.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and gets new racing inspired graphics and stripes. The CBR150R also receives three new colours – Candy Palm Green, Jazzy Blue Metallic and Sports Red
