GCMMF has been achieving a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of more than 20 percent for the last seven years because of higher milk procurement, continuous expansion in terms of adding new markets, launching new products and adding new milk processing capacities across India. Amul plans to step up its milk processing capacity to 380 lakh litres per day, from the current 300 lakh litres, in the next three years, said Jethabhai Patel, Chairman, GCMMF.
