Amid dense fog blanketting the national capital, as the the lowering temperature in Delhi witnesses cold wave hampering normality, Arvind Kejriwal expressed concern to the people in a tweet urging people to take care.

Amid dense fog blanketting the national capital, as the the lowering temperature in Delhi witnesses cold wave hampering normality, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal expressed concern to the people in a tweet urging people to take care.

Following the epic trend, representing the Delhi CM with a ‘muffler’, Kejriwal stated that the winter had arrived and the mufflers are out.

Dense fog had been engulfing the city since the last few days, leading to a poor visibility and flights, trains getting frequently delayed or cancelled. At least 16 trains and 13 flights, including national and international, had been delayed in the last day, due to dense fog.

Other than the National Capital Region (NCR), the MeT had predicted denser fogs at places of the country like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and other places.

With a dense fog enveloping the the capital and its adjoining regions areas, the temperature over most parts of the region had been above the normal. The sun is expected to have its spell of sunshine for only a few hours in the afternoon, according to weather department reports.
