In what can be termed as an abuse of power, an Akali dal sarpanch along with his son thrashed a five-month pregnant nurse when she asked them to wait outside the doctor’s cabin.
On Thursday afternoon, Alamwala sarpanch Paramjeet Singh of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) along with his son Gurjeet Singh was at a hospital in Moga, Punjab. Captured by the CCTV cameras installed in the premises, the video shows Paramjeet pushing the nurse brutally and when somebody intervenes, instead of stopping, his son slaps her further.
