Vijay Goel takes charge as MoS for Water Resources

Newly-appointed Union Minister of State for Water Resources Vijay Goel today assumed charge of his post here.

Newly-appointed Union Minister of State for Water Resources Vijay Goel today assumed charge of his post here.

Goel, who is also the new Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports (Independent charge), took charge after meeting Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharti.

“Assumed charge on meeting Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Minister Uma Bharti,” he tweeted.

Goel, who was a minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee-led NDA Government, was inducted into the current Union Council of Ministers on July 5.
