UP: Theft at Principal Secretary’s residence in Lucknow, cash, jewellery worth lakhs stolen

A theft worth lakhs of rupees has been reported from a high profile bureaucrat’s residence in Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow. An FIR was lodged after cash and jewellery were stolen from the residence of Principal Secretary, Civil Defence and Pensions, Rajan Shukla late last night. The official was on a visit to Varanasi when the incident took place.
