Many thoughts were exchanged on twitter and the general mood seems to be in favour of India's stand.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday gave a resounding reply to Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s tirade against India over the issue of terrorism at 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). In a no holds barred speech, the External Affairs Minister minced no words in openly targeting Pakistan and blaming it for the Pathankot and Uri terrorist attacks. Not only did External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj deliver a hard and clear message to Pakistan, she also seemed to tell the US that it should stop supporting countries that harbour terrorists.
Many thoughts were exchanged on twitter and the general mood seems to be in favour of India’s stand. A number of tweets also praise Sushma Swaraj for making the speech in Hindi. #UNGA seemed to be one of the leading Indian trends.
Here are some of the reactions captured on the social media.

Although Modi is taking over most of the work from Minstry of external affairs, Sushma Swaraj is doing wonderful work.
