Raghopur Election Resuls 2025 Live Updates: Tejashwi Yadav, the Chief Ministerial face of the INDIA bloc, contested from the Raghopur assembly constituency – a seat he has won twice, in 2015 and 2020 – and won this time too. He contested on the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) ticket. Tejashwi Yadav is the youngest son of former Chief Ministers of Bihar, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rabri Devi. He defeated his key opponent in this constituency – Satish Kumar of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In the 2010 Bihar Legislative Assembly election, Satish Kumar, then a Janata Dal (United) [JDU] candidate, had famously defeated former Chief Minister Rabri Devi by a margin of 13,006 votes.

Bihar Assembly Election 2025: Exit polls
According to various exit polls, Bihar will see a close contest between the NDA and the Mahagathbandhan, with smaller contributions from Jan Suraaj and other parties.
The People’s Pulse exit poll predicted that the NDA might win between 133 and 159 seats, while the Mahagathbandhan is expected to get 75 to 101 seats, Jan Suraaj between 0 and 5 seats, and others between 2 and 8 seats. DV Research estimated 137-152 seats for the NDA, 83-98 for the Mahagathbandhan, 2-4 for Jan Suraaj, and 1-8 for others. JVC Exit Polls predicted 142 seats for the NDA, 95 for the Mahagathbandhan, 1 for Jan Suraaj, and 5 for others.
Matrize predicted 147-167 seats for the NDA and 70-90 for the INDIA bloc. It didn’t mention others. P-Marq projected the NDA at 142-162, the Mahagathbandhan at 80-98, Jan Suraaj at 1-4, and others at 0-3. Today’s Chanakya estimated 142-172 seats for the NDA, 65-89 for the Mahagathbandhan, and 3-9 for others, with no seats for Jan Suraaj. Finally, Axis My India predicted 121-142 for the NDA, 98-118 for the Mahagathbandhan, 0-2 for Jan Suraaj, and 1-7 for others.
The Bihar Assembly Election was held in two phases, on November 6 and November 11, with the results scheduled to be announced today, November 14.
