The Supreme Court on Friday said that it would hear the plea seeking cancellation of CBSE’s All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) results on June 15.
It said that in view of alleged irregularities in exams, it would pronounce its judgement on the need for a re-examination on Monday.
Earlier a vacation bench of Justices R.K. Agrawal and Amitava Roy, had on June 8 extended the stay on declaration of results of the CBSE’s All India Pre-Medical Test till June 12 after the Board sought listing of the matter for June 12.
The vacation bench had asked the Haryana police to file a fresh report indicating the number of beneficiaries of the alleged irregularities in the pre-medical examination.
It had also asked police to identify as many candidates as possible who had been benefited from the alleged leak.
The CBSE was to declare the results of the All India Pre-Medical Test taken by over six lakh students, on June 5.
