In a new twist in the sex scandal hovering over the Aam Aadmi Pary and now suspended minister Sandeep Kumar, the woman who was seen in the video in the CD has filed a complaint in a police station. The woman has alleged that the Woman and Child development minister had lured her into the act. This has irked the opposition parties, with the Bharatiya Janta Party especially going for an all out attack on the 'consensual sex' theory provided by Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government. The Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday itself had suspended Sandeep Kumar. This decision came four days after he was after he was sacked from his post as a Women and Child Development Minister, following a meet among top AAP leaders. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had sacked the minister and posted a video talking about the 'objectionable' CD and its contents where he was seen with a woman in a compromising position. Sandeep Kumar had already denied these allegations and the minister had said that he is not the man seen in the video demanded an investigation of the issue. He alleged that he has been made a target since he is a Dalit. Meanwhile, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police had constituted a special team to probe on the issue. AAP leader Ashutosh has been cornered by the BJP for defending Sandeep Kumar in a blog.
