Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Parivartan Rally in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and inaugurated the Institute of Skills in the city. This the Prime Minister’s 6 Parivartan Rally in the state. He said that the people of Uttar Pradesh were tired of ‘goondaism’. he said that the goondas had support from the government and the situation would not change until the government was changed.
PM Modi believed that he was seeing a wind of change in Uttar Pradesh and said that the government had taken many initiatives to empower the youth in the country, especially in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The PM said that he believed that the youth could take the nation ahead. He said that the state of Uttar Pradesh played a huge part in giving the country a stable government. Speaking about the previous governments, he said that developing the nation was not the primary objective of the ruling parties.
He spoke about demonetisation and said that the BJP government aimed at curbing the flow of black money and corruption in the country whereas the parliament on the, on the other hand, wasn’t functioning due to the opposition. He said that for years the governments have been busy wth their own concerns and did not have enough time to look into the problems of the poor but his BJP government was dedicated to the cause. The PM further spoke about the opposition protests and said that it was the first time in the history of this country that a few people had stepped into the parliament and protesting to help the frauds and corrupt people.
