PM Narendra Modi at his rally in Telangana has again lashed out at the cow vigilantes. The prime minister in his first ever visit to Telangana has again asked the people to beware of the ‘fake cow vigilantes’. He said that these fake cow protectors were ‘dividing the nation’ and that they must be punished. Referring to the cow vigilantes as anti social elements, he also said that these cow vigilantes are fake and have nothing to do with cow. “Some people want to spread tension in the state” he said. The prime minister had also hit out at the ‘gaurakhshaks’ yesterday during his meeting at town hall.
He also urged the state governments to take action against these elements.
PM Narendra Modi lashing out at these ‘Gau Rakshaks’ yesterday said that these people have have ‘opened shops’ in the name of ‘gaurkhsa’ and if they really do care about the cows they must stop the cow from eating plastic.
The statements have come in the wake of recurring incidents of these ‘gaurakshaks’ attacking people on the rumours of beef eating or cow slaughter. On of such incident occurred in Gujarat where four dalits were stripped and flogged in Gujrat’s city of Una because of similar rumours.
