Crime Investigation Department (CID) and Border Intelligence Police detained an alleged spy from Pakistan near the India-Pakistan border in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. There is a joint interrogation going on. Meanwhile, in Jammu and Kashmir, 4 terrorists are reportedly dead in an encounter with security forces, and the operation is still on.

The Indian security forces are currently involved in an encounter with terrorists at Yaripora of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam. The numbers are still unconfirmed and the real causalities will be known when the encounter ends. Meanwhile, this is not the first time that a spy has been nabbed from Rajasthan, as last year in August an alleged spy was caught from a hotel in Rajasthan.

Additionally, a few days ago Madhya Pradesh police’s anti-terror squad (ATS) arrested 11 men for allegedly running a telecom racket that helped Pakistan’s ISI to spy on India’s military operations. One of the members was a member of a BJP councillor.
