Jubilee Hills Constituency Election Result 2023: Maganti Gopinath from Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has won from the Jubilee Hills Assembly seat in Telangana by a margin of over 16,000 votes. He has garnered 80,549 votes against his rival Mohammed Azharuddin of the Congress who polled 64,212 votes. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Lankala Deepak Reddy has polled 25,866 votes. The winning margin stands at 16,337. Counting in the Jubilee Hills constituency began at 8 AM. The results were declared after the completion of 27 rounds of counting.

The assembly elections, held on November 30, witnessed a three-cornered contest involving the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), Congress, and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the 119 seats in Telangana. Jubilee Hills, a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in Telangana, is part of the Secundrabad Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Falling within the Hyderabad district and Greater Hyderabad region, it is categorised as an urban seat.

Mohammed Azharuddin of the Congress party is currently trailing by a margin of 5,221, gathering a total vote of 33,151 as of 6:24 PM. The vote counting process has reached round 13 of 26.
BRS candidate Maganti Gopinath from Jubilee Hills is leading with a margin of 4,434 votes after 12 rounds of counting, gathering a total vote of 34,869 while Congress’ Mohammed Azharuddin is at trailing at 30,345 votes.
As counting of votes is underway, Congress has taken massive lead, comfortably crossing the magic figure of 60, according to the data by Election Commission. The BRS is following.

As per ECI data at 2.51 PM, Congress candidate Mohammed Azharuddin trails by over 1,600 votes. He has polled 25,932 votes, while BRS candidate Maganti Gopinath has polled 27,571 votes.
Mohammed Azharuddin is currently trailing by 735 votes in round 7 of 26 in Jubilee Hills constituency as of 12:55 PM while Maganti Gopinath is leading with 18775 votes.
According to the Election Commission data, Azharuddin of the Congress party is leading over BRS Maganti Gopinath as of 11:48 AM in the 4/26 round.
As votes are being counted, the Congress has secured a substantial lead, surpassing the figure of 60 comfortably, according to initial trends. Meanwhile, the BRS is trailing in the ongoing count.

During the 2018 Telangana assembly elections for the Jubilee Hills constituency, Maganti Gopinath secured victory with 68,979 votes (44.3%), defeating his nearest rival P. Vishnuvardhan Reddy of Congress, who secured 52,975 votes (34.02%). Meanwhile, Ravula Sridhar Reddy of the BJP secured 8,517 votes (5.47%). The 2018 Telangana elections saw BRS winning 88 seats, Congress securing 19 seats, while the BJP bagged only one seat.
