Smarting under a string of probes, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today took a swipe at the Modi government, daring it to get a newly built government school in East Delhi’s Khichripur area probed by CBI.

“The Delhi government has built a new swanky school in Khichripur. Get it probed by CBI, ACB and CAG. Also, before the classes are started, send notices to the Education Secretary and all officials concerned,” Sisodia tweeted after he inaugurated the school building.

The Centre and the AAP government have been embroiled in a tug of war over a number of issues ever since the latter came to power last year.

Sisodia had yesterday alleged that CBI, Delhi Police and the Anti-Corruption Branch are only left with one task of “hatching” conspiracies against the AAP leaders and arresting them.

Also, BJP’s Delhi unit had in May sought a CBI inquiry into the price variance of water meters published by the AAP government.
