In a shocking incident, a man was stabbed to death in broad daylight and passersby didn’t interfere. In a CCTV footage, a man was seen stabbing the other while his companion stood by to prevent anyone from interfering. The accused attacked teh victim with a knife and stones.

This brutal incident was captured on the CCTV installed in Gokulnagar area of Gujarat’s Jamnagar. The accused has been identified as Vejanand Gojiya, who along with another person, Ajay Vejanand Gojiya attacked the victim, Ebha Bhai.

The motive behind this gruesome murder may be personal enmity. However, no arrests have been made till date and reason of the murder could be ascertained only after an official probe.

What is significant in the entire episode is the fact that all those people who saw the attack refused to interfere, leave alone get involved enough to physically stop the attack and save the victim. The other thing about the murder was the nonchalant manner of the perpetrators in carrying out their attack. By the time police arrived the attackers had fled the spot, but were soon tracked down.
