The second week of Monsoon session of Parliament is set to discuss four Bills in the Parliament. While the issue of Bhagwant Mann’s video is still being debated, Rajya Sabha gears up to discuss the crucial Goods and Service Tax (GST) Bill. While the issue of Dalits had already got the Opposition cracking its whip on BJP, the alleged beating of two muslim women over beef in Madhya Pradesh, might act as fuel to the fire.
