The innings crumbled as wickets fell at regular intervals, with Pakistan being bowled out for 108 runs with four balls to spare. They did not manage to complete their allotted 20 overs.

India lost Mandhana at 85 runs, and despite losing Verma and Dayalan Hemalatha shortly after, Harmanpreet Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues guided the team to a comfortable victory.
