The Border Security Force (BSF) today foiled an infiltration bid across International Boundary in Ajnala sector near Amritsar, Punjab.

The Border Security Force (BSF) today foiled an infiltration bid across International Boundary in Ajnala sector near Amritsar, Punjab. In the attack, two of the Pakistan infiltrators were shot dead by the BSF. The force recovered 4 kg heroin, AK 47 rifle, AK Mag, 23 rounds (7.62 mm), 9mm Pistol, Pistol mag, 9mm rounds(4), Pak mobile with SIM, Rs 20,000 Pakistan currency from the infiltrators, according to news agency ANI. The border guarding force said that they recovered the bodies of the two infiltrators. The incident took place on the intervening night of September 19-20 in the Ajnala sector in Amritsar.
