A bomb threat was sent to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters in Chennai, Tamil Nadu on Friday evening, reported Times Now. The threat was sent in a white coloured parcel which contained gunpowder along with a letter and the local police were informed immediately. The bomb squad arrived at the spot as well and took control of the situation. It is still not clear who sent this parcel and what was the motive behind it. Meanwhile, news agency ANI reported that the apart from the gunpowder, the parcel also contained other material along with a threat note.
