Seems that hacking VIP twitter account is the most in-thing in town at the moment. A group of anonymous unethical hackers, whose whereabouts are still unknown have hacked the official twitter account of famous journalist and long time anchor and Consulting Editor with New Delhi Television (NDTV) Barkha Dutt on late Saturday evening.

The group called ‘Legion’, have taken responsibility for this unfortunate event. It is the same group that have previously engaged in similar notorious acts like hacking the official twitter account of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and absconding Indian businessman and owner of Kingfisher airlines Vijay Mallya.

It is still an unbelievable fact that despite having strong cyber laws, the law enforcement agencies are unable to track the culprits behind the act. Under such circumstances it raises big question regarding the encryption level used by the developers of the social media websites like Facebook, Twitter and alike.
