A video of a shocking incident that took place in Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh has surfaced on the social media. A school in Tikamgarh was turned into a dance hall for two alleged bar girls and that too when the students were taking their exams there. A cultural event organised in a government-run higher secondary school in Tikamgarh saw an ‘indecent’ dance performance by the girls. Meanwhile, the students of class 9th and class 11th were appearing for their annual exams amidst the chaos and noise of the loud music and cheering. The dance was reportedly, organised as part of a cultural program in the memory of late BJP leader Sunil Nayak. The event was also attended by MoS Child and Woman Development, Lalita Yadav and MLA from Prithivipur Anita Nayak. Anita Nayak is also the wife of Sunil Nayak who was shot dead in 2008 in Tikamgarh district’s Prithvipur assembly constituency.

As per reports, the students were shifted to the terrace to write their exams under direct sunlight as sportspersons were made to stay in the classrooms of the school. The sportsperson had reportedly come to the school to take part in the cultural event. The cultural event that continues till late evening disturbs the home-study of the students as well. Reportedly, the exams have started from February 2 and will continue till February 26.
Speaking to a private news channel on the development, Hitesh Bajpai, BJP leader said, “I am not aware of the development. I humbly register you complain. Will look into the matter. Till now, the party leader must be given the benefit of doubt.” Notably, the district administration has denied any information of such event saying they are yet to get any complaint.
