Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal who is on a four-day visit to Punjab again found himself in the midst of controversy when his car hit the convoy’s pilot car in Jalandhar, today. While the car was badly hit, nobody, according to ANI is reported to have been injured in the incident. The CM is on a visit to meet the agitated party workers and address their grievances.

This is the second such incident which jolted the CM’s journey. The CM was also jostled by a crowd of protestors at the Delhi railway station yesterday. The party had later blamed Delhi police of causing the mayhem by leaking the news that the CM would not be provided with any security.

The party has been in the news ahead of Punjab polls with controversies over the dismissal of Punjab state convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur and Women and Child Welfare minister, Sandeep Kumar.

The CM is on a visit to Punjab to place its manifesto and was also going to hold Kisan Dialogue. “We will announce all poor farmers will get a loan waiver and become debt free by December 2018,” said Kejriwal while addressing the reporters in Ludhiana.

AAP’s Punjab co-convenor and Delhi MLA Jarnail Singh while talking to the Press Trust of India had also said that he will meet the volunteers, observers and will address their complaints.
