Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday said incidents like the Anand Parbat stabbing reflected a flaw in the system and added that politicizing the issue or indulging in a blame game won’t help in finding a solution.
“There is a flaw in the system due to which they are not being able to handle the issue, blaming each other and politicizing the issue won’t get a solution, we can get the solution only when we’ll implement a commission in the police and we should train them on how to act on such cases and how to respond to such cases,” Dikshit told ANI here.
“We should implement the use of gadgets such as CCTV’s, drones. through which we can curb crimes, this modernisation cannot be achieved through politics, we should thoroughly study the issues and should upgrade the system,” she added.
