Talking in live show organised by India Today, he said, why (surgical) strike happened? It was not a territorial strike. It happened to eliminated the terrorists. A terrorist has no border. He may be from this side of the border or the other side of it.
On being labelled a super villain in Pakistan, Sami said “he forgives them”.
